

What is Military REBOOT Recovery?
REBOOT Recovery is a non-profit organization that offers 12-week, free courses focused on healing the mind, body, and soul after trauma. It was originally designed for military veterans and their families but has expanded to include first responders and others dealing with trauma.

Target Audience: Active-duty military, veterans, and their families.
Trauma Focus: Especially helpful for those dealing with post-traumatic stress, moral injury, depression, and anxiety.
Faith-Based: Rooted in Christian values, but participants of all beliefs are welcome.
